LISA GOODHAND
Fluent in Mandarin and deeply respected by her Chinese counterparts with an in-depth understanding of Chinese culture, Lisa is uniquely equipped to offer expert guidance and support to entrepreneurs wanting to do business in China. Lisa has an Australian University degree in Chinese (ANU), a Master’s Degree in Criminology (SYD), and a Diploma of Policing.

STEVE WELSH
Respected for his exceptional managerial, project management, and time management skills, Steve is recognized as the team manager with the solutions when the others say “it can’t be done”. Steve’s comprehensive experience in most areas of manufacturing has enabled him to set up Greenfield projects for large international companies in the pulp, paper and board industries throughout Australia, China, and South East Asia. Steve's role includes; machinery instillation, factory relocation, electrical contracting, mechanical contracting, generator and recycling services. 


JASON ZHANG
Originally from Henan, Jason came to Australia to complete his business studies. With his MBA in hand, he now leads China Blueprint import projects and his dedication and expertise have been incremental to China Blueprint’s success story. Jason's work experience stemmed from China were he was originally in a management role in a heavy industry manufacturing plant near his home town. Since joining China Blueprint he has become our project manager overseeing all our Australian clients projects, totaling millions of dollars worth of value. 

Jason is also an accomplished presenter, having chaired the Australia China Business Week Forum in Sydney (2012). This Chinese language forum covered topics including 'the Australian investment environment & setting up a company in Australia'. 


GERALD GOODHAND
A senior medical practitioner with more than forty years of diverse business experience, Gerald provides broad-based business advice and guidance to China Blueprint’s management team. An achiever, with wide-ranging interests and an impressive list of notable achievements to his credit, Gerald has traveled extensively throughout Asia. His energy and demonstrated ability to innovate position him to support the China Blueprint team’s cutting edge approach to client servicing.


TONY CULL

MBA, CPA, GAICD, B.Bus
Tony is an accomplished international commercial executive who has 12 years experience within China managing and operating successful joint ventures with revenues up to $100M. His background includes managing 3 joint venture sugar companies in Southern China, a national food ingredients joint venture in Guangzhou and the establishment of an Asia Pacific regional R&D food technology centre in Shanghai.
 
Tony is an active businessman in China where he privately owns the controlling interest in a diverse , 875 employee strong Chinese organization which incorporates a manufacturing plant, country wide distribution networks and a dominant retail food ingredient brand with a leading presence in 12,000 retail outlets and distribution to over 125,000 restaurants.
 

Tony is a member of CPA Australia, the Australian China Business Council and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is also a Mentor for the Curtin University Graduate School of Business.
